“Car Wash Simulator is made by a single solo developer, and Early Access is the most honest way to build it. The game already has a lot of content and plays as a complete experience, but I want to keep expanding and refining it together with the people who actually play it. Releasing in Early Access lets me add new maps, tune the existing ones, and decide what comes next based on real player feedback instead of guessing. Your bug reports, ideas, and suggestions will directly shape how the game grows.”

“The game will be in Early Access for a few months.”

“The Early Access version launches with two districts and ten car washes, six cars, and a single save profile. For the full version I plan to roughly double the world to four districts and twenty car washes, add more cars to work on, and open up three save profiles.

Beyond the extra content, I plan to expand what you can do in and around the wash. Features I'm working toward for the full release include buying and furnishing your own new car washes, a plant growing system, deeper progression such as a car wash leaderboard and ranking, larger multi-stage jobs and special contracts, extra mini-games, more advanced tools and detailing options like waxing, hydrophobic coating, scratch removal, ozone treatment, and floor mat vacuuming, plus more vehicle colors.

These are my plans and priorities, not fixed promises. The feedback I get during Early Access will help decide what gets added and in what order.”

“The Early Access version is already a full, playable game, not a demo or a small slice. You get two open districts, Rent Hike Ridge and Havenwood, with ten car washes to run and six cars to work on.

You can play the entire core cleaning loop: collecting trash, exterior washing, undercarriage washing, heavy dirt removal, window and rim cleaning, upholstery and dashboard cleaning, tire blackening, and keeping your own facility clean. It also includes a tutorial and timed jobs, car wash upgrades through respect points and XP, a random events card system, a day-and-night cycle, driveable cars, and side activities like the trash-throwing mini-game and shopping cart collection.

There may still be rough edges here and there, and finding and fixing them is part of what Early Access is for. If you run into a bug or something that feels off, telling me about it genuinely helps.”

“I'm not currently planning to change the price when the game leaves Early Access. If that ever changes, I'll let players know well in advance. Buying now means you get everything that's already in the game, plus every update along the way at no extra cost.”

“As a solo developer, I consider community feedback one of my most important tools. I plan to read what players report and suggest, and use that feedback to fix issues, tune existing maps, and decide which new content to build next.
