Reviews

“...Aiming to be an Interactive Band of Brothers”
Forbes

“It could prove to be one of the most memorable and affecting... games [about war] ever.”
Rock, Paper, Shotgun

“The question that Burden of Command wants to answer is, what kind of leader are you, really? ... and in many cases the result is someone very different than the one we had imagined ourselves being.”

About This Game

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

Contains infrequent historical photographs of graphic violence and disease to better illuminate the brutality of war. Not suitable for children. One section is exceptionally severe and contains sustained graphic imagery. An option is given to skip, though this is not encouraged. Mature topics such as PTSD ("Combat Fatigue") and sexual disease are covered. Language can be strong.
The intent is to help convey the realities of WWII and of war.
