“Ideally the full version of Chessers would have:

- matchmaking
- smarter AI
- spectator mode
- tournaments
- remote play together
- additional themes for pieces and boards”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is pretty functional! You can play online with friends, or play locally with a friend or against the computer.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price may be adjusted due to server costs but that is far in the future!”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I'd like to hear feedback about balance, game crashes, bugs (e.g. moves that should be valid but aren't or vice versa), bad AI behaviour, UX - anything and everything!

About This Game

Chessers is Chess but with a twist - when one of your pieces moves to the opponent's half of the board, it becomes a Checker! It features the rules of Chess but when fused with Checkers, it throws your strategy out the window. It's the blurst Chess variant out there.
