Iceberg Interactive And Dragon Slumber Team Up For Tech Support: Error Unknown, To Be Released February 2019

We’re proud to announce our partnership with publisher Iceberg Interactive for Tech Support: Error Unknown, a story rich adventure game. In Tech Support: Error Unknown players assume the role of a tech support specialist who discovers that their new job is not at all what it seems. The game currently has a release slot of February 2019 for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Dragon Slumber’s Kevin Giguère: ”I wanted to present the opposite perspective to a situation most of us are familiar with and dread: dealing with tech support specialists. I think players will be charmed by the fresh and different experience the game has to offer."

Iceberg Interactive CEO Erik Schreuder adds: “We’re excited to add this game to our portfolio and will be aiding to its final polish over the coming months. We feel Tech Support will take gamers by surprise with its rich story where choices matter.”

TECH SUPPORT: ERROR UNKNOWN STORY SUMMARY

“On behalf of Quasar Telecommunications, I am happy to welcome you to our family. You are part of our exciting new program allowing technical support specialists to work directly from home. Your new Spectrum system will connect you directly to our customers through the Support Desk.”

Tech Support: Error Unknown is an adventure game with simulation and puzzle mechanics, which places you in front of a virtual computer. As a tech support specialist new to the job, use a wide array of computer software to solve customer issues or choose to manipulate programs for personal gain. Hack your system to unlock its full potential, GPS track lost phones, scan profiles to blackmail customers, or simply propose they reboot.

While on the job, you discover a conflict between your corporate employer and an anonymous rogue hacktivist group, trying to take them down. Will you climb the corporate ladder, secretly join the hacktivists, or help the police expose them? Alternatively, will you pursue a more personal agenda? The choice is yours.

KEY FEATURES
  • Engage customers and colleagues through a novel procedural dialogue system
  • Choose how to approach each situation in a sandbox computer environment
  • Decide who to side with and unlock new gameplay
  • Discover multiple major and minor endings
  • Mouse-only controls make the game accessible for all

IT specialists in need of a job can apply for the vacancy now, by wishlisting the game today.
