Miksi Early Access?

Undarkened: Revival is being released as an early access title due to an extremely limited team. There's only so much testing, developing and playing a solo person can do and releasing as an early access title allows me to adjust the game to the communities needs. I'll be able to freely change the progression system, add content and continue the story should the community desire it.

It's impossible to say exactly how long, but I'd wager it will take about 8 months to reach a good final state.

That all depends on player feedback, the early access will evolve with what players want to see. With that being said, the final version will have more story content (more journal entries to complete), more items, more enemies and bosses and more things to build (specifically more magic machines), as well as additional locations to explore.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

There are currently over 130 items in game, a spell creation system, many magical machines, dungeons to explore (both procedural and pre-determined), countless enemies and a few minibosses/bosses to fight as well as about 40 placeable objects.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Absolutely! Anybody who purchases the game before the final release will enjoy a cheaper early-adopter price, the new price will reflect the value added by adjusting the game to what the early-adopter community wants.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

Community involvement will be done through the steam forums and the discord. Players can post suggestions and interact with the dev (me!) through these channels. I will respond to as many reasonable inquiries as I can, as well as listen to feedback and implement it in game.
