About This Game

Outwit. Oust. Win.

Oustwit is a pure-strategy duel on a 6×6 board. Each player has eight pieces. Place one on any empty square and it shoves every neighbouring piece one square away — unless something behind blocks the push. Pieces shoved off the edge go back to their owner's hand to be placed again.

Win by lining up three of your pieces — across, down or diagonally — or by getting all eight onto the board first. Watch your pushes: shove your opponent's pieces into a line of three and the win is theirs.

No dice, no cards, no hidden information. A match takes a few minutes; mastering it takes a lot longer.

Play credits

Online matches use play credits. You start with free credits, each online match costs one, and a win gives it straight back. Invite friends with your personal code and you both earn bonus credits when they play their first match.

Want more? Optional credit packs of 10, 40 or 100 credits are sold through your Steam Wallet, in your local currency, from the Add Play Credits screen. Credits never expire, there are no subscriptions, and nothing in the game is locked behind them - every mode and feature is available from the first launch.

Your account, everywhere

Sign in through Steam and your profile, stats and match history are shared with the mobile versions when you sign in there with the same account link — pick up on your phone where you left off on PC.
