About This Game

A tiny island floats in a corner of your desktop, and a little bunny lives there. It has its own day to get through: busy with this and that, out for a stroll, and off to bed when it's tired.

While you write, sit in meetings, or play other games, you don't need to keep an eye on it or plan its day. Glance over when you're done and see how its day went.

You do your thing. It does its own.

This bunny can't sit still. It picks up new skills and keeps practicing, getting a little better each time. One moment it's busy at the stove, the next it may be off to the water with a fishing rod.

You don't have to teach it step by step or stay by its side. Just check in now and then to see what it's been practicing and how far it's come. Small skills add up over time. The bunny's in no hurry, and you don't need to be either.

This part is up to you. Furniture indoors and out can be placed and rotated freely: lay a rug by the window, put the piano next to the bookshelf, fly a kite above the yard. No need to finish in one go. Change a little whenever you feel like it, and the island slowly becomes the place you want.

Its look is yours to decide too. Mix and match hats, backpacks, tops, shoes and accessories, and choose a fur color such as snow white, cream, cocoa or mist gray. Put sunglasses on it and it will carry on with its day, not the least bit shy.

Most days on the island are ordinary. But one day you might look up and catch a spirit rising from the pond, and some nights the bunny heads off to the Dragon Palace.

They don't announce themselves. If you happen to see one, stay and watch for a bit.

Neighbors drop by for a visit and write to the bunny after they go home. These friends are all characters in the game, so there's no friend list to fill and nobody to wait for online.

The bunny keeps a diary, and the calendar records the days as they pass. It also travels to gardens, the seaside and pastry shops, takes photos with friends and keeps them in an album. Flip through it after a while and you'll find the island has collected quite a few stories.

Cherry blossoms in spring, summer nights made for looking up, autumn leaves across the yard, winter snow blanketing the island. Day and night each have their own look. The island changes with the days, and as long as you keep it open, it will share them with you.

When you finally look up from your work, it may have just finished too.
