About This Game

A fog-bound city in the 1930s. The Town, the Mafia and the Triad hide among the crowd. By day you must talk your way into everyone's trust; by night you can only hope you live to see the morning.

Mafia is an online social deduction game for up to 15 players. Everyone draws a secret role: hunt down the villains, protect your allies, or pursue a goal that is yours alone. Who is lying? Who can you trust? The truth only surfaces through conversation, votes and bodies.

How a day unfolds

• Discussion: share information, raise suspicions and defend yourself in chat.
  
• Vote and trial: whoever gets enough votes takes the stand to make a final defence. Everyone then votes Guilty or Innocent, the scales tip, and the verdict stamp comes down.
  
• Execution: the guilty are executed in a dramatic scene and their true role is revealed.
  
• Night: investigate, protect, assassinate, kidnap... every role has its own night ability.
  
• Dawn: the night's victims are revealed one by one, with their roles and last wills.

Features

• 57 roles across four factions (Town, Mafia, Triad and Neutral), so no two games play the same.
  
• Multiple game modes: Classic, Clue (last wills, private messages and trials), or a fully custom role setup chosen by the host.
  
• Death is not the end: the dead gather in the Ghost Tavern to chat with each other, bet on who will die today, and play Russian roulette.
  
• Film-noir style: ransom-note collage lettering, an old film-projector opening and finale, and dramatic sound.
  
• Post-game story: after every match, the key moments are replayed as a story, and players vote for the match MVP.
  
• Available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
