About This Content

A gentle Japanese spring. Petals fall from the blossoms and settle on the felt; carp streamers (koinobori) ripple on their pole by the nest, the family wish for children to grow strong. The farm's buildings take on rural wood and tile, a bamboo fence, a cherry tree and a little pond. Scattered around: paper lanterns, tanabata wish papers on bamboo, kashiwamochi. Your flock can wear a folded paper kabuto and a sakura bow.

Purely cosmetic: no bonus to income, odds, the album or achievements. Switch themes and outfits any time in Settings › Themes & wardrobe.

Character, building, decoration and effect art in JiivJiiv was generated with Google Gemini from our own style guide, then selected, cut out, cleaned up and recoloured by our team. Colour, pattern and region variants are made with our own tools. Most sound effects and the music were generated with ElevenLabs and edited by us. The English text was translated with AI assistance and edited by us. The store capsules use these same in-game characters; the logo and the felt backgrounds were made by our team without generative AI. Nothing is generated by AI while you play.
