About This Game

The sea swallowed the world — and the King with it.

Aboard the Solvantis, the last ship still sailing, a captain, a knight and a priestess have followed a crystal's prophecy across a drowned world. Tonight the guiding star has stopped. It has stopped over you: an angler with a rod, a quiet patience, and no idea what the crystal wants.

It wants fish. Specific fish, offered one by one. Each offering loosens the bindings of the sealed king.

Fishing that fights back

• Aim your cast, watch the bobber, and read every nibble. Fish tease, circle and fake out before the real bite.
  
• Set the hook on a timing ring, then battle: follow the pull, strike from the Guard Ring, and land rhythm sequences to drain the fish's stamina before your HP breaks.
  
• Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary fish each fight differently. Legendary catches demand your best timing and your best gear.

Master more than 200 species

• Every catch earns Gold, EXP and Mastery stars. Five stars forge a Shard you can equip for permanent bonuses.
  
• Fill a living Bestiary, from humble panfish to river monsters.
  
• Show off your finest five-star catches in the Hall of Fame aquariums aboard your ship.

Gear up, sail on

• Collect and upgrade 16 rods, 16 gloves and 16 rings, and choose from 5 lures. Your lure decides what rises to the bait.
  
• Trade your catch at the Bouu Trading Post and take on side quests for extra rewards.
  
• Explore seven fishing grounds, from the forests of King's Pine to the Throne of Tides, under a living day and night cycle.
