Escape Room Grand Opening is a cozy, chaotic management sim where you design, build and run your own escape room business. Every room you build is a real puzzle — and every guest who walks in has to actually solve it.

• Lay out floors, walls and doors, then connect clues, keys, code locks, hidden buttons and secret passages into puzzle chains.

• Guests search, guess wrong codes, get stuck, argue, and (sometimes) escape. Watch where they struggle and tweak your design.

• Ancient temples, haunted mansions, zombie labs, murder-mystery dinners, a lakeside camp, a midnight bank vault, a flooding deep-sea station — and more.

• Each theme has its own tricks: guests jump and duck through laser grids, climb onto crates when the water rises, and hide in lockers from a masked killer.

• Receptionists check groups in, game masters give hints when guests get stuck, cleaners reset the rooms.

• Train actors to play zombies, suspects, security guards or a camp killer — and time the perfect jump scare.

• Set ticket prices, earn reviews, build a lobby with seats, snacks and restrooms, and research new themes and mechanisms.

• Play through the story chapters, or go wild in sandbox mode.
