About This Demo

A first taste of Video Game Store: Tidy Up

Step into a chaotic retro video game store and start putting it back together. This demo uses the same gameplay as the full game, but ends much earlier in your shop's progress.

Clean, rebuild and organize

Find scattered cases, manuals and discs. At the work pad, rub the grime off the manual and both sides of the disc, put the pieces back in their case and snap it shut. Register the game in the stock system, print its label and find its place on the shelf.

The same shop, a shorter visit

Experience the beginning of the full game's organizing and shopkeeping loop. The demo finishes early, before the full store's progression is complete.

Continue in the full game

The full game expands the job to 3,000 scattered pieces and 1,000 retro games across five consoles. Serve customers at the till, pack mail orders, unlock perks and hire staff. Once every game is back on the shelf, keep the shop running with trade-ins, console cleaning and haggling.
