The Sun is about to die

Every 52 years the Aztec world goes dark. For five empty days, the nemontemi, every fire is put out and only the New Fire can light the Sun again. This time someone stole it: the High Priest of Mictlantecuhtli swallowed it, and the fire of the Sun, which no man can hold, is turning him into a beast. Your own brothers, the jaguar knights, have already chosen his gold.

You are Aethor, the last jaguar warrior loyal to the Sun. You know nothing but how to fight: it is the only gift the gods gave you. With that gift you will cross the plaza of Aztlan, the valley of the pyramid, the walled citadel, the Red Canyon and the descent into Mictlan before the last night falls.

Hard but fair combat

• Parry and punish. Read the gold and red tells of every attack, parry at the last instant and answer with devastating ripostes.
  
• Dodges and perfect dodges, macuahuitl combos, charged and very heavy blows.
  
• Fury and the New Fire: build fury by fighting and unleash a ring of fire that sets your weapon ablaze.
  
• Offerings: earn experience and choose your powers, such as the Smoking Mirror or the Call of Quetzalcoatl.

During development we used generative AI tools for part of the content that ships with the game, always directed, selected, edited and integrated by the developer: the character voices (ElevenLabs voice design and text-to-speech, in Spanish and English), part of the sound effects (ElevenLabs), part of the music (Eleven Music and Suno), some 3D character and prop models (Tripo), and the illustrations and videos of the story screens. The store art (capsules) and the trailer use some of those same illustrations and videos. The translations into other languages (interface, subtitles and store texts) were made with AI tools. The scripts, design, combat, levels and direction are human work. The game does not generate AI content while it is played.
