Hand out advice to people whose lives are on the line. You're fine, of course. You're just chatting.

Choose your replies, piece together information from different chats, and tell people what to do next. Reassure them? Lie to them? Tell one person what another asked you to keep secret? Sometimes the most tempting reply is the one you really shouldn't send.

ONLY AN AUTOPSY WILL TELL

The trail leads to medical secrets and organ trafficking. Your contacts are clearly holding something back. And a familiar avatar doesn't guarantee that the same person is still typing.
