Midnight Rest Stop | 深夜ドライブイン is a first-person psychological horror game set at a roadside rest stop deep in the mountains of Japan.

Story

1988, deep in the mountains of Japan.

Late at night, your car breaks down, forcing you to stop at a roadside rest stop with an adjoining lodging facility.

After eating and taking a bath, you return to your room to rest. But that night, strange noises begin coming from the room next door.

Before long, one of the guests suddenly disappears.

Gameplay

You play as a traveler whose car breaks down, forcing you to spend the night at a roadside rest stop while waiting for repairs the following morning.

Experience life at a Japanese roadside rest stop by eating at the diner, playing arcade games, taking a bath, and staying overnight.

But as the night grows darker, strange events begin to unfold.

Talk to the staff and other guests, explore the facility, and gradually uncover the secrets hidden within the rest stop.
