About This Game

The Moon is up there. You're a monkey. And for some reason, you've decided that climbing a giant tree is a good idea.

In Moonkeys, climb from the jungle all the way to space, jumping between branches and swinging from vines. Play solo or invite your friends, if you have any. Expect last-second rescues and the inevitable argument over who let go of whom.

Just One More Handhold… and You're There

That branch looks close enough. You let go with one hand, build up some momentum, and jump.

Now all you have to do is grab onto something...

You decide when to grip and when to let go with each hand. Hang, swing, and launch yourself toward the next handhold. Misjudged the jump? Stretch out your arms: that branch coming your way might save you from having to climb back up a few meters.

Friendship Is Proven by Hanging from a Branch

Your buddy is falling, and you've got one hand free. It's your moment to be a hero. Or to find out just how much two monkeys weigh.

Grab on, help each other climb, and try not to drag each other into the abyss.

The Tree Has Other Plans

Branches creak. Ice gets slippery. The wind picks up at the worst possible moment. And that coconut is heading straight for your head.

Cross the jungle, venture into the hollow heart of the tree, and keep climbing through storms, frozen branches, and clouds that will soon be beneath your feet. Bounce on mushrooms, dodge icicles, and watch out for mischievous monkeys: besides throwing fruit at you, they might decide your back makes a great place to hitch a ride.

Eight zones stand between you and the Moon. Up there, even gravity changes the rules.

With Nests… or Just Nerves of Steel

In Monormal, finding a nest feels like being able to breathe again: it saves your progress and gives you somewhere to return to when your next brilliant idea ends in a fall.

Feeling overconfident? Try Wukong. No checkpoints. Just you, the tree, and plenty of opportunities to regret choosing this mode...

That Banana Won't Collect Itself

Sure, the Moon is the goal. But have you seen that golden banana at the end of the branch?

The Moon can wait. First, hold on tight.
