About This Game

Give old spaces a fresh start

A small warehouse, an old van and the last of your starting funds: your clearance company begins with a commission at Pinewood Apartments. Clear the clutter left behind by a departing tenant and bring the room back to life.

Work in first person as you collect rubbish, vacuum dust and mop spills. Hold the interaction key to collect ordinary rubbish continuously. Full bags seal automatically, and disposal is handled when you hand in the job. Keep an eye out for items marked to stay: the client's belongings are theirs to keep.

Some old things deserve a second look

A box beside the bed, an old cupboard or a parcel left behind may hold something worth bringing home. Take your finds to the appraisal desk to discover their background, condition and value. Then decide whether to sell them or keep them in your collection.

Appraise ordinary finds in sequence, with pauses for important discoveries. Sale offers and payment times are clearly shown, so you can list an item and head out on your next job while you wait.

Build a home for your collection

Upgrade your company and appraisal desk, and fill display cabinets with the actual objects you have kept. Your catalogue records discoveries; your cabinets hold your collection. Selling an object does not erase its discovery record.

Every apartment has its own traces of life

As your company grows, more homes and city contracts become available. Different tenants, household themes and combinations of forgotten objects bring new discoveries to familiar work. If you find a note, stop to read it or carry on cleaning: reading is optional.

Tenant Gone! is a single-player game about cleaning, treasure hunting, appraisal, trading and collecting. It uses keyboard and mouse controls. The interface is currently available in Simplified Chinese. City rankings reflect local single-player progress.
