La Sima: The Blind Beacon is an idle RPG of skills, equipment, and expeditions. Above ground, a frontier town lives on the work of its workshops and the discoveries of its adventurers. Below, a hundred floors of darkness hide creatures, settlements, and a beacon that went out a thousand years ago.

Prepare your descent

Chop wood, mine ore, fish, and turn your resources into food, weapons, and elixirs. Train 13 connected skills: what you produce on the surface determines how far you can travel underground.

Choose your gear, depth, and provisions before setting out. Your plan is fixed when the expedition begins; combat resolves automatically, and the chronicle reveals the journey floor by floor. Your decisions lie in preparation, the risks you accept, and what you learn for your next attempt.

Learn a chasm that remembers

Explore 100 floors across 10 biomes, eight side branches, and four elemental Maw dungeons with their own rules. Find three settlements in the depths and learn a fixed map, with routes and obstacles you can understand and share.

Discover 111 creatures in the bestiary. Their materials connect to recipes, upgrades, and quests: every discovery can offer a new way to prepare your hero.

Build something that lasts beyond each expedition

Grow the town, help its residents through 111 quests, and collect 628 items. Fill the Museum's displays, experiment with your equipment, and turn each prestige into a lasting inheritance through the Lineage Altar.

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

La Sima is an independent idle RPG developed under human creative direction. The game's illustrations (icons, items, creatures, portraits and backgrounds), music and ambient sounds were generated with AI tools during development, then selected, corrected and assembled by the developer. Narrative, quests, descriptions and the Spanish and English localization were written with AI assistance and human review. Other sound effects use in-house synthesis.

The store's promotional artwork uses the same process. Screenshots show the game. The promotional trailer combines game footage and interface captures with motion graphics, AI-generated animated artwork and an AI-generated English voiceover. Its cinematic opening is a presentation of the setting, not a gameplay sequence.

The game does not generate content with AI while you play and does not connect to an AI service. All game content is prepared before release and included in the build.

The developers describe the content like this:

Dark fantasy featuring automated combat, weapons and magic, references to death, corpses and skeletons, and illustrations of blood and macabre creatures. Some spectral mythological figures have partially covered bodies. Alcohol is referenced and mead is consumed through menus; the narrative also mentions gambling.
