About This Game

Parking Empire Simulator is a first-person valet parking game. Customers pull up at your booth, hand you their keys and trust you with their cars. Park them well, keep them safe, have them back the moment their owners return - and turn a three-bay lot into a parking empire. Play alone or with up to 3 friends in online co-op.

Take the keys

Every customer comes to your window with their key. Take it, hang it on the key board and remember whose car is whose - you can only carry one key at a time, so on a busy day deciding which car comes first is half the job.

Drive it yourself, park it perfectly

You drive every car yourself - saloons, sports cars, pickups, vans and electric cars, 35 in all, each with its own engine sound and handling. Get in, take it across the lot and put it in a bay. Every park is scored on how straight and centred it is, and every scrape comes out of your pocket as a repair bill.

Bring it back, get paid

When the owner returns, find their key on the board, bring the car round to the pick-up bay and collect the fee at the window. How long they waited, how well you parked and whether the car came back without a scratch decide the tip - and your reputation.

Wash it by hand

Pick up the pressure washer, soap the car and rinse it clean. The dirt really comes off where you spray.

Or send it through the tunnel

Buy the express car wash: foam curtains, spinning brushes, a rinse arch and a dryer. Drive in dirty, come out shining.

Charge the electric cars

Plug electric cars into the chargers while their owners are away. Forget to unplug before you drive off and you will hear about it.

Run your own petrol station

Fill customers' cars at the pumps, keep the tank stocked and order a tanker when it runs low.

Service garage

Raise the car on the lift, drain the oil and change all four wheels with the impact wrench.

Hire valets

Hired valets take the keys, park the cars, fetch them back and do the extras themselves - the washes, the charging, the fuel and the services. A receptionist takes the money at the window. The bigger the lot, the more staff it can take.

Buy the block, plot by plot

Start with three bays and a little booth by the gate. Buy the gardens and yards around you a plot at a time - more rows of bays, a VIP canopy with solar panels, the car wash, a service garage, a petrol station, a vending shop - and upgrade your booth into a valet lounge to be proud of. A bigger lot draws more customers and charges more for every car.

Day and night, sun and rain

An evening rush in the golden hour, quiet nights under the lamps, wet streets after a shower. Close up for the night when you are ready - or work on until midnight.

Play together

Run the lot with up to 3 friends in online co-op. One takes keys, one parks, one washes - and everyone shares the till.
