About This Game

You talk. She rows. Nobody listens.

She's a Hot Mess is a co-op game where your partner is an AI with a mind of her own. Shout "faster!", "stop!" or "paddle twice!" and she does it right away. More or less. With commentary.

• She talks back. Not sure what you meant? She guesses, rows anyway, and complains mid-stroke.

• She remembers. Invent a code word and she writes it in her notebook. Also your mistakes. Mostly your mistakes.

• Lava. Everywhere. Row a two-person boat past beaches, rapids, ice, a candy factory, a midnight fun park, an angry volcano and a sea monster with boundary issues.

• Pick your disaster. Sweet, sarcastic, tsundere, posh or fiery: every partner has her own voice, look and way of ignoring you.

Winning is optional...

This isn't about speed. It's about panic, finger-pointing and sinking into lava together.

NPC's dialogue is generated live by AI: an LLM writes what the NPC says and text-to-speech gives the NPC a voice. When you talk to the NPC, speech recognition turns your voice into text, and a separate model maps your words to the NPC's rowing actions.
