About This Game

Territory Battle is a real-time strategy game of territorial conquest. Every game starts on a freshly generated map packed with dozens of rival empires. Push your borders, build a war economy, make allies, betray them, then end it with nuclear warheads. A clock (15 to 40 minutes by default, 5 in Blitz) ends every game.

PUSH WHERE IT HURTS

Pick how many troops to send, then click a border. Shift+click and they drive hard toward that spot, marked by a pin, while the rest of the front pushes on more slowly. Plains fall fast; forests, hills and mountains slow every attack.

Get cut off and you lose it. Land walled in by a single rival, with no open sea, changes hands after about 4 seconds; a countdown on your own pocket warns you first. It works both ways: wall in a rival's land and it is yours.

BUILD A WAR ECONOMY

Cities grow your army, ports send out trade ships, and factories lay railways and run trains. Put a Mine on gold or a Derrick on coastal oil before the deposit runs dry. A train that stops in an ally's city pays you both, and trade ships between allies pay 10 % more.

RULE THE SEA

Land troops behind enemy lines, with up to four boats at a time. Warships patrol where you click: they sink troop boats, duel other warships and board enemy trade ships for their gold.

ALLY. TRADE. BETRAY.

Ally with a neighbour to trade for more, talk in chat or with emotes.
  • Before you ask, the game shows roughly how much gold a minute the alliance would bring, from the trains and trade ships that would run between you.
  • Troops and gold go to teammates only: in free-for-all, allies cannot send each other anything.
  • An alliance lasts 5 minutes by default; renew it, or let it lapse.
  • Betraying takes two clicks and marks you TRAITOR for 45 seconds, for everyone to see. Meanwhile your land defends at 75 %.
  • A warhead on an ally's land counts as betrayal. Betrayal is remembered: the one you betrayed turns hostile, and most rivals refuse to ally with a recent traitor.

CLANS

Found a clan or join one: your tag on your name, an emblem and a banner. Up to 100 members with roles and a clan chat. Your members' ranked games raise your clan's score: climb the top-10 clan ranking each season. When two clans meet in a private room, their banners face off.

RANKED SEASONS

A new ranked season every two months. Its mode is voted by the players in a one-week pre-season. Your 10 best games make your score, from Iron to Challenger, and your clan's best players carry it up the clan board.

NUKES, AND WHAT STOPS THEM

Build a missile silo and the endgame changes. Light and heavy payloads wipe out land, troops and buildings, and leave fallout that heals after 3 minutes.
  • While you aim, the air pickets' zones show in red, with a rough count of the troops, land and buildings the blast will hit.
  • An air picket shoots down warheads aimed inside its zone, not the ones flying over it.

A payload salvo splits into a rain of warheads, and air pickets fight back.
  • A picket shoots down the salvo's warheads about to land near it, up to 40 per shot, and a shot reloads in 8 seconds. The aim tells you roughly how many it will stop.
  • Firing a payload salvo breaks all your alliances.

PICK YOUR WAR

  • Free-for-all: hold 65 % of the land, or the most land when time runs out.
  • Red vs Blue: two sides; a side wins with 75 % of the land.
  • Teams: 3 to 10 sides, same 75 % to win.
  • Domination: 2 to 4 sides on a symmetric map. Hold the island in the middle to score; the first side to the quota, or the leader at the clock, wins. No nukes.
  • Team vs Nations: the players together on one side, against an allied bloc of nations.
  • Blitz: any mode on a small, packed map, with troops growing 2.5× faster, double gold and a 5-minute clock.

PLAY ALONE OR WITH FRIENDS

  • Solo: any mode against bots, from Easy to Impossible. Pause whenever you like.
  • Career: 20 missions from Boot Camp to Endgame, after a short tutorial.
  • Online: quick play into a public game, or a private room with a code and your own rules. No game waits; if you drop out, the autopilot holds your country until you return.
  • Party: team up with up to 3 friends through a party link. The leader's Quick play brings everyone into the same game, on the same side in team modes.
  • Ranked: a new season and mode every two months, with the same map size, rules and 25-minute clock for everyone. Your 10 best games make your score, from Iron to Challenger.
  • After the game: stats and graphs for every game, then the replay with a free camera or a timelapse of the whole match.

FEATURES

  • 5 map sizes, each map freshly generated.
  • 8 upgradeable buildings: City, Port, Factory, Mine, Derrick, Bastion, Silo, Air picket.
  • 3 colourblind modes, rebindable keys, 5 terrain styles.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

We used AI tools to make some of the art that ships with the game, and to help write its text.
- Map ground: the textures of the sea, coasts, plains, forests, hills and mountains were generated with an AI pixel-art tool, then colour-graded and cleaned up by script.
- Buildings: the standard 3D-looking building pictures you see when you zoom in were generated with the same tool from sketches we drew, then cleaned up by script.
- Some emblems, profile banners, flags and emotes were made with AI pixel-art tools, then cleaned up and animated by script.
- Store art: our store capsule images were retouched with an AI image tool.
- Text: the game's menus, tutorial, mission briefings and update notes, and this store page, were written with AI assistance.
- Translations: all our translations from English were made with AI assistance.
Every AI-made asset was reviewed before it shipped. Nothing is generated by AI while you play.
