About This Demo

Claw and Conjure brings unique mechanics like spies, assassins, racing, traps, and more to asynchronous PvP. Draft your parties and discover broken synergies to defeat real players. The demo includes 4 factions and the first 8 units of each faction, for 32 total units. 

Feel right at home with the Holy Trinity system you know from games like D&D, WoW, or Final Fantasy. Recruit a tank to hold threat, a healer to keep the tank alive, and Magic or Physical DPS to bring down the other party. Manage items, learn abilities, and level up on the path to victory.

5 factions and 80 unique units (4 factions and 32 units in the demo) give you all the tools you need to dream up powerful builds. Combine hundreds of items, buffs, and abilities to create endless strategies. Master mind control abilities to turn your opponent against themselves, or combine resurrection mechanics with self-destruct for bursts that take down entire parties. Rely on staple builds like sustain, economy, traps, thorns or lifesteal to outlast your opponents.

Recruit from Raven's Reach - a guild of spies, rogues, and assassins that use stealth and smarts to counter your opponent before the battle begins. Or, go with the Deepdelve Accord - dwarves, dogs, and miners who keep the gold flowing. Prefer to engineer your way out of trouble? The Clockwork Dominion use their engineering creations to boost productivity and deploy machines that drive fast and occasionally explode. Need more? The Grove Guardians are druids and forest creatures that mastered growth, health, and healing. 

Sometimes, speed beats strength! Win the race to the battlefield to set traps and enjoy a defense buff for arriving first. Plan carefully and outsmart the enemy on the battlefield. Send your strongest parties to win control over the POIs that best support your strategy. 

Build up your town into the economic engine that fuels your army. Unlock, build, and upgrade buildings that control what you can buy and provide powerful buffs that sway the battle. Use your building slots strategically to perfectly support your unique build.

The demo has:

• Holy Trinity Combat: Tank, heal, and DPS your way through battles, managing threat and abilities just like a classic RPG.

• Defender vs Challenger Mechanics: Arrive first to battle to trigger powerful defender bonuses, or arrive last with builds that specialize in attacking an occupied building.

• Asynchronous PvP: Play at your own pace. Pause, walk away, and analyze battles on your own schedule.

• Dynamic Shop Building: Each round, build and upgrade your town to form a series of shops that best suit your build.
