About This Demo

Carpet Racers (demo) is the ultimate 90s playdate simulator where players compete against their peers in make-believe scenarios derived from those golden times: pre-social media, pre-internet, pre-toys-holding-your-hands-to-show-how-to-play-with-them! Take your car, cruise around, join friends, race against, dominate the battlefield, capture the flag!

Collect VroomGums to unlock superpowers during the gameplay

Collect and win the match to be rewarded with whole prize pool! Winner takes it all!!!

Unwrap packages, unlock stickers, collect enough and unlock new and better and stronger and fancier cars! 

With this demo build, my game-development story comes to an end of its first stage: developing solo. Now you are invited to test it out, capture what buttons it pushes, check if you like what you see, join me in my brain storming sessions for discussing what's ahead!

You will be starting with the car of your choosing, be able to unlock 2 more (collect, collect, COLLECT!) , one map, 3 game types! Hope this helps you to experience the Carpet Racers enough to see the potential of it.
