About This Game

"Embers of Time" is a 2.5D picture-book narrative story game. You will explore realistic scenes in low-saturation warm gray, click on old objects with warm white outlines, open yellowed memory albums, and enter memory realms bathed in warm yellow soft light. Between forgetting and remembering, you will piece together the long and gentle past between an elderly woman and her family.

Core Features: Clicking old objects to trigger memories, dual-layer narrative between reality and illusion, 2.5D layered parallax, hand-drawn characters and facial performances, and an emotional main storyline of forgetting and guardianship.

Memories may fade, but love will not. Time grows old, but its warmth never fades.
