About This Game

If you liked the original, you will love this one. Ranch Attack: Farmer on the Run is an updated version of Ranch Attack Classic: the same fast, funny arcade runner about one farmer and an endless farmyard of goats with bad intentions, rebuilt with new art, a second farmer, a barn full of unlockables, and the original prototype tucked inside as a bonus.

Leap clean over a charging goat if you must, but the real fun is catching one. Grab it mid-charge, hold on, and fling it down the road into its friends. Goats knocked into goats are where the big points and the combo chains live.

What is new in Farmer on the Run

• A fresh coat of paint: every animal, prop and backdrop redrawn. The ranch finally looks the way it always felt.

• Two farmers: start as the Ranch Farmer; earn the Classic Farmer back the hard way, ten thousand career flips.

• The Gear Barn: six outfits and three herds. One of each is yours from the start; the rest are earned by playing, and flips, jumps, waves and scores all count toward the ladder. Nothing is for sale. Everything is earned.

• The original prototype, as a bonus: the very first Ranch Attack, playable from the Gear Barn's BONUS tile once you have earned its trophy.

• Road hazards: from wave 10 a charging buck, and from wave 12 a bull, that cannot be grabbed at all. Jump them clean for the points and the combo.

• Perfect waves: throw every goat in a wave, no jump-overs, for a bonus that grows with the wave number, plus two hay bales to keep you standing.

The herd is not your friend

• Standard: your everyday charging goat. Respect it anyway.

• Bighorn: bigger, faster, and it hits the hardest.

• Tiny: small, slow, and easy to misjudge.

• Rage: looks like any other goat until it gets close. Then it sees red.

• Jumper: hops just when you thought you had it timed.

Then from wave 6 a squealing pig darts in, fast and hard to catch. Catch it anyway: a thrown pig is the only thing that can drop a charging buck.

• Wave survival: three lives, and an extra life for every 100 goats you flip or jump.

• Power-ups: the horseshoe for double score, the hay bale to heal.

• An endless farm: barns, silos, windmills and water towers roll past in real 3D.

• Three difficulties, a trophy ladder to chase, and your career saved on your own machine.

• Three switchable tunes and real farm-animal sounds.

• Keyboard, gamepad, or touch.
