About This Game

The Last Visitor is a psychological horror visual novel with multiple endings. Explore a gallery of paintings, examine them closely, and decide whether what you see is a real threat or a trick of your own paranoia.

Every choice you make affects how the night ends. Trust the wrong painting, and you may miss something. Trust your fear too much, and you may see things that were never there. The museum holds its secrets. The paintings remember. And something is waiting for you to make a mistake.

The night can end in many ways, some peaceful, some tragic, and some that will leave you wondering what was real all along. Every playthrough can lead you somewhere different, and only by returning to the museum will you uncover every path.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

The Last Visitor was created by a solo developer with the support of generative AI tools.

AI was used to generate a small number of specific visual assets, including the fire extinguisher overlay, a blurred shadow silhouette, and some store page imagery. These assets were then manually selected, edited, and integrated into the game by the developer.

All core creative work — story, characters, dialogue, code, game design, puzzles, and audio — was created by a human.

The use of AI was limited to isolated visual elements and did not affect the narrative, gameplay, or artistic direction of the game. The developer believes in transparency and wants players to know exactly how the game was made.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

This game is a psychological horror visual novel intended for mature audiences. It contains:

- Frequent psychological horror, tension, and jump scares.
- Depictions of blood and gore, including blood stains, blood trails, and character death.
- A brief, non-explicit scene implying sexual content (a character watching adult material on a monitor).
