All save data from the Demo will fully carry over to the full release, none of your character progress will be lost. All story, maps, enemies, classes, skills and full extraction gameplay are fully accessible for free. The only paid content are Paladin cosmetic skin DLCs. They change visuals only, provide no stat, damage, skill or combat bonuses, and will not affect game balance.
