Why Early Access?

“World of Two Worlds is a self-funded indie project created by an independent developer. Early Access allows me to bring the game to players without delay while continuing active development. This approach helps gather valuable player feedback, refine gameplay mechanics, and ensure the final release reaches its full potential. Inspired by the incredible community support for indie games in Early Access, I want to build and finalize the world together with you.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game is planned to remain in Early Access for a short period—approximately 1 to 3 months. The core game is almost complete, and I aim to release the full version by the end of the year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include the Vampire level with a different atmosphere and characters, connected to the Elven level via a portal. It will also feature final polishing, bug fixes, and minor adjustments based on player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is currently about 70–80% complete. The Early Access version features the full Sunlit Elven Island, two playable High Elves (female and male), animal transformation abilities, memory restoration mechanics, butterfly collecting, and a rich collection of philosophical, dramatic, and humorous stories.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to increase the price after leaving Early Access. The price is expected to remain the same for the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Active communication with players on the Steam forums will guide the game's evolution. Community feedback, personal tastes, and suggestions will directly influence future updates, balance tweaks, and feature adjustments. Players can pitch their ideas, discuss changes with the developer, and help fix bugs to shape the final version together.”
