About This Game

Wavey is a frantic roguelite where you take full control of a warship building it from a humble start to a mega battleship.  

You steer, you choose the fights, and you command an arsenal that gets stranger with every level. Sink ships, scoop up their XP and keep stacking upgrades until the sea runs out of ships.

When you finally go down, go back to the Harbour and unlock new weapons, tomes, sea creatures and ships for next time from a massive and complex skilltree.

YOU HAVE THE HELM

Swing alongside a galleon for a full broadside, dodge the ships trying to ram you and steer clear of the island turrets. Let the cannons fire themselves while you call in the big weapons, or take full manual control of every gun. Your ship, your call.

BUILD SOMETHING OUTRAGEOUS

Every level up offers three picks: a new weapon, a new tome, or a stronger version of something you already carry. Summon ghost cannons, drop a kraken's poison field behind you, ring a bell that damages everything around you. No two runs end with the same ship.

BRING A CREW

Up to 15 captains in one sea. Team up against the AI fleet in PvE, or settle old scores in PvP.

• 18 weapons - Spectral cutlasses, phantom anchors, orbiting witchlights, a narwhal ice ram, a maelstrom net and one very large bell

• Multiplayer - 2 to 15 players over LAN, direct connection or Steam. Two is a fleet. Fifteen is a naval disaster.

• Your firing, your way - Full auto, hybrid or full manual. Steer and let the guns work, or aim every shot yourself

• 19 tomes - Gunnery manuals and ledgers. Turns out reading does make you better at sinking ships

• 32 sea creatures - Each one gives you a bonus, and they all follow your ship around in a little shoal

• Ships and Charts - A quick Sloop, a tough Brig and a ghostly Cutter, on voyages of one, two or three sea legs

• A Questing Skill Tree - Finish quests, spend Tide Marks and open up more of the sea

• Controller support - Play on keyboard and mouse or a controller
