About This Game

A world where you are the only human player

Haitland World is a single-player idle RPG that simulates an MMO world.

Explore towns and open fields, challenge dungeons, enhance equipment, browse the trading house, join guilds and climb the rankings—all within a locally simulated world.

You are the only human player. Every other “player” is a computer-controlled virtual character. The game has no human multiplayer or online multiplayer features.

These characters have names, classes, levels and guild affiliations. You may encounter them while exploring, compete with them for monsters, fight alongside them, or build connections through parties, trading and character events.

Classic progression with meaningful choices

Automatic combat handles the routine, while you make the decisions that shape your character:

  • Equipment and enhancement: Collect gear, choose when to enhance it, and accept the possible losses when enhancement fails.

  • Stats and builds: Combine character attributes, transformation cards and summoned spirits to adjust your fighting style.

  • Fields and dungeons: Challenge monsters and bosses suited to your current stage of progression.

  • Hostility and rivals: Conflicts with virtual characters can lead to retaliation and later revenge encounters.

  • Guilds and trading: Participate in guild activities and buy or sell items through the trading house.

Some progress takes patience. Some upgrades involve risk. You decide what to challenge, what to keep and what to enhance.

Idle combat and offline rewards

Auto-battle, auto-loot and automatic potion use help you progress through routine encounters.

After leaving the game, you can return to collect rewards calculated from your offline time under the game’s rules. Parts of the virtual population’s progression are also calculated from your save’s timeline when you return. The game does not need to remain running in the background.

Spend time planning your build, or check in occasionally to collect rewards, organize your equipment and prepare for your next adventure.

Meet virtual characters and build a history

Virtual characters are controlled by local game rules.

Configured behaviors, schedules and event conditions determine how they participate. Some train in the wilderness, some trade, some join your party, and others become rivals after a fight.

Selected characters have predefined life events. As you progress and interact with them, you may receive private messages, friend requests or mail, and experience gifts, requests for help, farewells and reunions.

Dialogue uses keyword matching and preset lines rather than generative, open-ended conversation. Relationships and event records are saved with your progress, allowing each playthrough to develop its own history.

Play locally, at your own pace

Core gameplay and world simulation run locally without connecting to a game server.

Progress is saved on your computer. Steam client features and Steam Cloud synchronization depend on the relevant platform settings and network availability.

There are no human party requirements or schedules to coordinate. Explore, idle and develop your character at your own pace.

About “top-ups” and “other players”

Haitland World is a buy-to-play game with no real-money in-game purchases.

Features labeled “top-up,” “shop,” “battle pass,” “first-purchase bonus” or “limited-time pack” are part of the simulated MMO experience. They use in-game virtual currency, involve no real-money payments and do not redirect to payment pages.

All other “players” are computer-controlled virtual characters. The game has no human multiplayer or online multiplayer features.
