Infos zum Spiel

hey i'm rior, a solo dev

pell is a tiny apprentice wizard. the star over his tower fell and his master went after it, so pell's fixing the tower floor by floor until it can go back up. you pick his spells and he gets on with it while you work

IT SITS AT THE EDGE OF YOUR SCREEN

the tower stands on your taskbar. clicks around it go through and it hides for fullscreen games and videos

THE SPELL LOOP

pell casts the spells in his ring one after another. the ring grows from 3 slots to 8 and he keeps going with the game closed for up to 16 hours

STARS AND NEIGHBOURS

a star falls every 25 to 40 minutes while it's open and pell always catches it. a toad, a moth, a cat and an owl move in and eight neighbours come knocking

AN ENDING

about two weeks of having it open. then pell puts the star back and the tower keeps running after the credits

my inspirations for making this game were rusty's retirement and other games that live at the edge of your screen
