About This Game

1000-Year Mortgage is an incremental deckbuilding game about tearing a calendar. Each page is a day. Use your wages to make mortgage payments, buy cards and upgrade your calendar, turning one page at a time into a chain reaction.

Tear through an entire century in one go

Start with one page a day. Make each tear trigger the next, then build longer chains. Pages fly, dates race past, and eventually a single tear takes you through an entire century.

Build your deck. Upgrade your calendar.

Choose cards and combine their effects to create your own chain reactions. Spend your earnings to buy, replace and strengthen cards, making them trigger one another.
Upgrade the calendar to tear faster, activate cards more often and keep chains going longer. Keep improving your build.

From the Middle Ages to the future

As time passes, the world outside your window changes. Travel through the ages, see what the next era brings, and keep paying off that thousand-year mortgage.
