Coming Soon To Early Access

The developers of this game intend to release as a work in progress, developing with the feedback of players.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The ladder is finished — you can climb from the basement all the way to the IPO. What a career game lives and dies by is pacing, and that is the one thing I cannot judge alone. Early Access lets me tune the climb against real players instead of my own spreadsheets.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“1 to 3 months, depending on how much the balancing changes once people play it. I would rather leave it in longer than ship a version I am not happy with.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The aim for 1.0 is a game that is tuned rather than merely complete: pacing reworked where players stall or coast, more events and upgrades so runs differ more from one another. What exactly ends up in it depends on what the feedback shows.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Everything in the store description is in the game and playable: all ranks from Junior SDR up to Chief Sales Officer, the fork after Senior SDR, job offers and company switches, the prestige tree, and the IPO as an ending. Single player, Windows, German and English. It is version 0.9 — complete in structure, still being tuned in its numbers.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will rise moderately when the game leaves Early Access. Everyone who buys during Early Access gets the full version at no extra cost.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through the Steam forum, which I read myself — there is nobody else. I am most interested in where the climb drags and where it goes too fast, which ranks feel best, and which upgrades you never buy. Balancing changes get explained in the patch notes so you can see what your feedback did.”

About This Game

Hit your number. Every month. Forever.

You start in a basement with a phone, a list of strangers and a quota. Nobody asks how you got there. They ask whether the number is green at the end of the month.

Every rank is a different game

  • SDR — Dial, get past the gatekeeper, hit the timing bar. One call at a time.

  • Account Executive — Work a pipeline board. Drag deals from demo to proposal to negotiation, and close them before the quarter ends.

  • Manager — Stop selling. Hire, coach and specialise a team, and answer for their numbers instead of your own.

  • VP of Sales — Three moves per quarter across a continent. Place managers, take ground from a competitor, commit to a forecast you have to meet.

  • Chief Sales Officer — Run the whole house. Watch the share price, survive the activists, and take the company public.

The ladder forks

After Senior SDR you choose: become an Account Executive and sell on your own, or take the SDR Team Lead job — keep your phone and carry a team at the same time. Two numbers at once. Two very different runs.

Miss the quota and the floor moves

Fall short and you land on a performance improvement plan. Fall short again and you ride the lift back down. Headhunters write while you are still falling: a bigger company, a lower rank, better commission. Take it and you start over with the prestige you earned.

Made entirely from code

Every pixel is drawn by the game's own art generator and every note is synthesised while you play. No image files, no audio files — just a basement, a telephone and a number.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

This game was made by one developer working with an AI coding assistant.

No image, audio or video generators were used — there are no model-generated assets in the files. Every sprite is drawn by the game's own art generator, and all music and sound effects are synthesised at runtime from square, triangle and noise waves. However, the code that draws and synthesises them was written with the AI assistant, as was much of the in-game text and the English localisation. All of it was directed, reviewed and revised by the developer.

No AI runs while you play, and the game never connects to an external service.
