About This Game

Point and go

Moto 500 is a top-down racer built for fans of the 8-bit classic Indy 500.  As a kid this and Adventure were my favorite games, and I wanted to bring them back to life in a spiritual reboot.  This game is free and has a lot of single and multiplayer fun, so have at it and please let me know what you like or dislike!

Game controller with analog sticks recommended! 

Seven circuits

  • Oval: fast and clean

  • Figure 8: the crossing bites

  • Bridge: over and under

  • Space Race: don't fall off, and see what your tire marks will reveal underneath

  • Devil's Elbow: watch the turns

  • Ice Track: my favorite from my childhood.  Try to get this right so you never brake

  • Grand Tour: a huge track with traffic and if you are reckless, the po po!

Customize your race, your rules

  • Two to five cars, with AI drivers at three skill levels: Rookie, Pro and Ace

  • From 3 to 20 laps

  • Full gamepad support (the best way to play), or use the keyboard

  • 19 Steam Achievements

Menus are in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.  A note on translations:  I used a translator app for the non-English text.  if your language is wrong please let me know and Ill update it.
