About This Demo

Your first tavern. Your first customers. Your first chance to make it work. Frontier Tavern Demo introduces a first-person tavern management simulator for one player, set in the Old West. Get behind the bar, take care of the daily work and turn your earnings into your next improvement.

Pour, carry and serve

Start with water and lager, then work toward unlocking whisky. Pour drinks into physical glasses, carry orders to tables and collect payments. Unlock a serving tray to carry several drinks at once. Watch your portions and waiting customers: good service takes more than a full glass.

Buy supplies from the train

Visit the train merchant for supplies and equipment, then carry your purchases back to the tavern. Move crates and barrels, organize your stock and keep enough on hand for the next shift. Each purchase is a choice between what you need today and what you want to improve tomorrow.

Make the tavern your own

Arrange your tables and seating to make room for customers and keep service routes clear. Unlock chairs, stools, shelves, bins and doors as you progress. Find a layout that helps you reach orders, supplies and dirty glasses without getting in your own way.

Hire your first employees

Unlock waiters, cleaners and bar staff, then assign their tasks. Hand over part of the routine while you keep an eye on the business and help where needed. Build your first team and discover how the work changes when you no longer do everything yourself.

Earn tips and choose upgrades

Serve customers to gain experience and unlock a selection of upgrades for service, tips, equipment and staffing. Wash used glasses, clear tables and clean up spills and litter between orders. Reinvest your earnings and decide what your tavern needs next.

Learn to defend your tavern

The frontier can be rough. Learn the basics of defense with your starting bayonet and work toward unlocking and buying a revolver. Take care of the aftermath before returning to your customers.

Keep playing after the missions

Follow the demo's introductory missions to learn your first steps. Completing them lets you keep running your tavern and unlocking the content included in the demo. This edition contains a selection of the game's progression; the full game will offer more content.
