BioDivide is a first-person survival horror game that blends biological horror, exploration, and survival with a unique body-splitting mechanic.

Marcus Mercer works at Omnivera Hospital.

One day, he wakes up inside the hospital to find everything changed.

The corridors are covered in blood.
The hospital is silent.
Everyone is gone.

Marcus has no memory of what happened.

But it doesn’t take long for him to realize...

BIODIVIDE is a first-person survival horror game set in an abandoned hospital. It contains frequent realistic violence and gore: firearm and melee combat against human enemies with visible blood and wounds, bladed attacks (saw, scalpel), corpses, and surgical/medical horror imagery. It includes jump scares, intense frightening scenes, themes of human experimentation and cloning, occult imagery, and occasional strong language from an enemy character. There is no sexual content or nudity.
