About This Game

Minesweeper, but every click pays.

Boomsweeper takes the puzzle you already know and turns it into an incremental game. Every safe tile pays out, crits and hot streaks stack the numbers higher, and every cleared board banks points you spend on getting stronger. Then you click the one tile you shouldn't have. BOOM. Upgrade, and go again.

Hire a crew

Sweepers open safe ground, Prospectors flag the mines and sweep around them, Engineers defuse mines and sell them for scrap, and Oracles step in with a vision when everyone is stuck. Your crew walks the board and works while you play, so the bigger the board gets, the less of it you have to clear yourself.

Light the TNT. Scan the ground.

TNT blasts open a whole square without setting off a single mine. Scan flags every mine in its square and opens the safe tiles around them. Wide Sweep flags and opens every hidden tile in its square in one go.

Boards inside boards

Some tiles hide pockets: whole boards tucked inside a single tile. Dive in, clear them for a multiplier, and find the pockets inside those.

Dig up Finds

24 Finds hide under the tiles, in four sets: Gemstones, Old Picks, Lost Shovels and Deep Relics. Each one gives a small lasting bonus, a whole set gives a bigger one, and the album shows what's still out there. And when you want something to aim for, the Foreman's NEXT GOAL bar hands you small orders, paid out when you meet them.

60 talents to unlock

Bigger boards, critical hits, chain reactions, gilded seams, magma veins, dud mines and a crew that keeps getting faster. The whole talent tree fits on one screen, and at the very end of it waits THE END?

Flip the rules

Reverse Polarity turns the board inside out: the mines are the prize and the safe ground ends the board. Glass Cannon pays 2.5 times as much, but one mine ends it all. Gambler's Protocol lets your crew take a calculated risk. Switch modes on and off between boards, or take a contract like Rush Job or Blind Start for a bigger payout.

One wrong click...
