About This Demo

It's the Mob. It's Trivia. It's Business. Not Personal.

This is the free demo of Doc Tommy: The Vig: the real game, with a limit on it.

You're Jimmy Reid, and you owe Doc Tommy ten thousand dollars. MacGregor picks you up in a '37 Rolls-Royce and lays out the deal: answer questions about Our Business, and every right answer pays the debt down. Every wrong one adds to it.

What's in the demo

  • 20 questions from the full board: all six categories, every difficulty tier
  • Both ways in: High Stakes, with the debt on the line, or Open Play with MacGregor
  • The fully voiced driver riding shotgun, and the cinematic images and video
  • A counter showing how many questions you have left

What the full game adds

  • All 602 questions, no limit
  • High Stakes played all the way to $0 or $30,000, and more than one way Jimmy's story can end
  • Open Play with no cap, and the Practice Round Champion run
  • Your progress saved between sessions

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

Doc Tommy: The Vig is a crime story set in the world of organized crime. It depicts criminal activity — loan-sharking, bookmaking and the threat of violence — and references sports betting.

Violence is implied rather than shown. There is no blood, no gore and no on-screen death. One short scene shows a figure being roughed up inside a car, viewed from a distance, and the story's worst outcome is suggested rather than depicted. A character smokes a cigar. The dialogue includes dark humor about crime and death. There is no profanity.
