“We plan to expand the selection of phones and accessories, add more furniture and shop customisation options, and introduce more varied customer behaviour. The full version will also focus on improved progression, balancing, performance and polish, and core mechanics such as trade ins, contracts, random events - all shaped by Early Access feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version includes first-person shop management: ordering and receiving phones and accessories, stocking displays, setting prices and serving customers through interactive checkout. Players can place and reposition furniture, customise floors and walls, expand their shop, unlock products through level progression, and save their progress. The game remains in development, with further content, balancing and polish planned.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to raise the price as we move from early access to full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Discord will be our main community hub, where players can report bugs, suggest features and discuss gameplay balancing. We’ll use this feedback to help prioritise fixes, refine existing systems and guide future content. We’ll also share development updates so players can see how their feedback is shaping the game.”

Customer Accounts

Step behind the service desk and discover another side of running a phone shop. Look up customer accounts, confirm access using a verification code, and investigate the issue that brought each customer into your store.
