What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Reshine is a small, cozy game and we want to shape it together with the players who enjoy it. The core restoration loop is already fun to play, and Early Access lets us hear which cards, tools and kinds of damage you want to see next, and tune the pacing and controls based on real feedback before the full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to stay in Early Access for roughly 6 months. This is our best estimate and may shift a little based on player feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add:
- More customer parcels and new card sets to restore, with a longer progression through the workshop.
- New kinds of card damage (for example new stains, tears and wear) together with new tools and tool kits in the shop computer to fix them.
- More polish across the whole loop: unboxing, inspection, sleeving and sending cards home, plus extra accessibility and control options based on your feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The full restoration loop is playable: open parcels, dig cards out of the packing foam, clean dust, oil, fingerprints, glue and graphite, peel old labels, flatten curled and bowed cards, dry them, then sleeve, pack and send them back to their owners. You can earn coins and buy new tool kits on the shop computer. There is no time pressure, cards are never lost, and mouse, keyboard and gamepad are fully supported.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we add new content and features during Early Access. The full release price will be higher than the Early Access price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We read every review, Steam discussion and bug report. Player feedback directly decides which card sets, damage types and tools we add next, and we will share regular updates and patch notes on our Steam page so you can see how your suggestions shape the game.”

About This Game

Every card deserves a second shine

Parcels land on your workbench full of forgotten trading cards: dusty holos, sticky labels, fingerprints, curled corners and bowed old favourites. Open each box, dig the card out of the packing foam and bring it back to life, one careful pass at a time.

A workshop full of tools

  • Microfiber cloth for dust, spray and cotton pads for oil and fingerprints
  • Paste-dipped swabs for glue, an eraser for graphite marks
  • Tweezers to peel old labels, a roller for curled corners and a press for bowed cards
  • An air dryer to finish the job before the final check

From parcel to sleeve

Peel the tape by hand, open the flaps, clear the foam and inspect both faces of every card. When it shines again, slip it into a sleeve, pack it up and send it back to its owner. Earn coins and buy new tool kits on the shop computer to take on trickier orders.

Truly cozy

  • No time pressure and no permanent penalties
  • A card is never lost or destroyed
  • Full mouse & keyboard and gamepad support, with toggle options for every hold action
  • Reduced-motion option
