When her brother's hiking group vanishes, Astrid follows their trail into a cave and comes out in a valley that isn't on any map. Something else lives here, and the only thing keeping her alive is a fire.

• Keep the Fire Alive: Night is when the valley wakes. Your campfire is only safe ground keeping away the monster. Gather firewood, ration every log, and never let the last ember die.

• Look Away and It Moves. Stare and You Go Blind: The beast only moves when you aren't watching it, but holding its gaze drains your sight until you're forced to look away. You'll survive three encounters. Not four.

• Don't Trust Your Senses: Whispers with no source. A presence you can feel but can't see. In the valley, what you hear can't be trusted.

• Find the Way Out: The valley's abandoned power grid is the key to escape. Restore it, get in contact with the outside world, if you live that long.
