IA, the virtual artist from 1st PLACE, comes to Desktop Mate!

Born in 2012 and beloved by creators and fans around the world for her clear, ethereal "Crystal Voice," IA is now coming to your desktop. Using her official 3D model, this DLC brings a calm, mysterious IA to life, filling your desktop with her motions and character voice.

Her entrance recreates the pose from the package illustration of VOCALOID™3 "IA -ARIA ON THE PLANETES-." Wrapped in orbs of light, she leaps up, lands, holds out both hands, and greets you: "Hello! I'm IA." When she appears from the edge of the screen, she first peeks out with just her eyes to check on you before stepping out.

In her seated pose, she takes out a plate of sakura mochi, her favorite treat, from behind her, gazes at it happily for a while, then contentedly sets it back. With cherry blossom petals drifting around her, you get a glimpse of her small moments of joy. In her standing pose, she gently lets a butterfly land on her fingertip. When it flies away, orbs of light connect her fingertip to the butterfly as she calmly watches it go.

Her long hair, a symbol of IA, sways with a wind effect, and shader settings make it shimmer with light. As her hair flows as if in a gentle breeze, her mysterious presence comes through just by having her on screen.

Give her head pats, and she accepts them a little shyly before bringing her hands to her chest with a smile as rainbow orbs of light sparkle around her. She answers with gentle words like "In return for the head pats… I sent you some happy energy♪" and "Mm-hm, IA and you are always connected…"

When the alarm rings, she jumps up from the bottom of the screen and says, "When you're done, I'll share one of my special sakura mochi with you. …It's our secret, of course." Morning greetings and goodnight messages are included as well.

Her character voice uses VoiSona Talk "IA TALK." Click her and she offers you a moment to breathe: "What's wrong? Shall we take a little break?" Grab her hand and she dangles happily with a "Whoa!" before asking, "Where are you taking me?" When she leaves, she turns back with a small wave: "Let's meet again when the stars come around."
