Why Early Access?

“Joker’s Knock is already fully playable, but competitive balance is at the heart of the game. Early Access allows us to improve Joker balance, Ranked play, online stability and usability together with the community before version 1.0.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Joker’s Knock to remain in Early Access for approximately 3 to 6 months. This estimate may change depending on player feedback and the development process.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already contains the complete core gameplay and all essential game modes of Joker’s Knock. During Early Access, we plan to focus primarily on visual polish, improved animations and effects, additional music and audio improvements. We will also continue adjusting the game balance based on player feedback and match data. The full version is therefore planned to offer a more polished, visually refined and better-balanced experience, while the fundamental gameplay and overall scope will remain the same.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version is fully playable on Windows. It includes competitive Ranked matches, customizable online tables, training matches against AI opponents, 30 gameplay-changing Jokers, player profiles, achievements, leaderboards, friends features and unlockable cosmetics. Online play requires a free Joker’s Knock account.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to increase the price when Joker’s Knock leaves Early Access. The full-release price is expected to be approximately three times the Early Access price. Any adjustment will be communicated in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will collect feedback through the Steam Community and our official channels. Reports about bugs, balancing, Jokers, Ranked play and usability will directly inform our priorities. We also plan to test changes with players before including them in stable releases.”

Joker's Knock is a competitive online card game where smart decisions, timing and a little nerve decide the table. There are no teams to carry you—and no teammate coin flip to blame. Every move is yours.

Draft your Jokers. Shape your strategy.

Before the match, players draft powerful Jokers that can bend the rules, disrupt opponents and turn a seemingly decided round around. Everyone can see which Jokers have been drafted, but knowing what might happen is not the same as being able to stop it.

Climb the Ranked ladder

Compete for Ranked points, improve your position on the seasonal ladder and prove that you can win consistently. Joker's Knock rewards learning the table, reading your opponents and using your limited tools at exactly the right moment.
