Guild Master is a free old-school RPG where you run a growing guild of adventurers. Gather, craft, farm, fight, loot and explore, making your own way through a fantasy world or heading out with friends.

There is ore to mine, supper to cook, and another road calling beyond the trees. Send one hero to gather, set another to work at the forge, then take a third out exploring. The others carry on with the jobs you gave them.

Your guild keeps busy

Recruit up to ten heroes and switch between them as their skills grow. Turn a handful of adventurers into a working guild: miners supply the smiths, fishers feed the cooks, and everyone contributes to a shared bank. Follow the action yourself or let your crew get on with their assignments.

Follow the next road

Wander from the little settlement of Sunmeadow into autumn woodland, fishing villages, pine-covered heights, and forgotten ruins. Meet the people who live there, help restore their landmarks, and follow quests that unlock new routes and recipes. Keep an eye out for hidden curios, clue trails, and collections along the way.

Make something worth coming home for

Chop timber, mine ore, cast a line, and turn your haul into tools, equipment, meals, and workshop goods. Train seven skills, grow crops in gardens across the world, and build a supply chain that supports your next adventure. Upgrade your guild hall, forge, store, and kitchen as your camp grows with you.

Fight, loot, and face the flame

Equip your heroes, pack their meals, and hunt the frontier's wildlife for useful loot. Turn the spoils of your adventures into better equipment and supplies for the next challenge.

Then put your whole guild's work to the test against Ashwake, the Cinder Crown, a deadly fire-breathing dragon. Prepare three adventurers to fight together as Vanguard, Warden, and Striker in a three-phase encounter. Every blade, piece of armour, and packed meal has a purpose. Win dragon scales and a trophy to bring home to your camp.

A guild at your pace

Stay for another expedition or step away while your plans take shape. Background jobs keep your crew working as you switch heroes, and offline progress catches up for up to eight hours when you return.
