About This Demo

What's in this demo

Fox Arcana is a 2D pixel-art survivor roguelike. Pick up coins, level up, choose upgrades and last as long as you can, all while trying to free the Arcanys.

In this demo you get the first two chapters in full:

  • Two complete seasons: the summer forest and the autumn woods, each with its own bestiary, its hazards, its mid-run mini-boss and its season boss. Kill a season boss and the season changes!

  • 9 of the 12 weapons, each with two mutually exclusive ultimate forms.

  • The Awakening Tree: a large part of the tree is available in the demo.

  • The Arcanys: free the little animals, keep them in tow for their bonuses, bring them to a sanctuary in exchange for artifacts.

  • The run economy: the merchant, the challenges, the boss cards, the super rush gauge, rarities up to rare. The Chroma rarity will be available in the full version.

  • A Steam leaderboard specific to the demo, for your best survival time, global and friends.

  • Endless mode once both bosses are down: the two seasons keep turning and keep rising in difficulty.
