“We are releasing Slime Playgrounds in Early Access because we want to continue developing the game alongside our players.

The core experience is already playable, with 2 Acts, each containing 12 stages and 1 boss fight. Players can team up locally with 2, 3, or 4 players to solve puzzles and overcome obstacles that require cooperation.

You can't complete the game alone. Teamwork is at the heart of Slime Playgrounds, and during Early Access, we want to learn how players approach our puzzles, mechanics, and challenges together. Player feedback will help us improve the difficulty, stage design, controls, performance, and overall co-op experience.”

“We currently anticipate an Early Access period of approximately 6–12 months, though the game may be ready for full release sooner if development progresses ahead of schedule.

During Early Access, our focus will be on refining the core experience and expanding the game with new content. We plan to introduce new stages, mechanics, and challenges while continuing to improve and polish the existing gameplay. We are also working toward bringing online multiplayer to the game in the future.

Our goal is to deliver the best possible experience at full release, with the game fully polished and the planned features ready for players to enjoy. We will continue listening to player feedback throughout Early Access and use it to help shape the game as we work toward its full release.”

Every stage is designed around cooperation. Players must communicate, coordinate their actions, and help each other overcome obstacles and solve puzzles.
You can't complete the game alone. Working together isn't just an option, it is an essential part of completing the stages.

The core gameplay is already playable, but players should expect continued improvements, balancing, bug fixes, and additional content throughout Early Access.”

“No. The price of Slime Playgrounds will remain the same after Early Access.
