Pioneer Venture: Echo is a single-player, top-down action RPG built around spaceship combat. Pilot different ships through a mission-based campaign, gather equipment, and follow the clues left by an ancient Echo.

Take Control in Every Engagement

Steer through hostile fire, find your angle of attack, and time your weapons and ship abilities. Escort, interception, defense, and boss missions each demand different tactics. Enemy formations and battlefield hazards force you to weigh pursuit against repositioning—and the safety of mission targets.

Turn a Close Call into the Time Gap

Graze a hostile projectile at high speed or dash forward through incoming fire to trigger a brief slowdown. While enemies and their projectiles are slowed, launch up to three manual counterattacks. Fire the final shot instantly or charge it for a stronger hit. One precise evasion can turn the tide of a fight.

Build a Ship That Fits Your Style

Gravity weapons, cannons, missiles, lasers, and floating cannons offer distinct ways to control space and deal damage. Acquire ships and equipment, refit hulls, and adjust loadouts and traits to balance mobility, firepower, and survivability. A new ship or loadout can completely change how you approach a fight.

Follow the Echo

Journey across territories controlled by rival factions. Anomalous signals, lost ruins, and conflicting machine systems gradually reveal a buried history. Beyond the main campaign, take on repeatable operations and expeditions to test new ships and loadouts.
