Lotwick Hill is a business tycoon game set in a living harbour city. Start in the 1930s, open your first storefront and turn a good location into a thriving business. Choose what to sell, set your prices and compete with rival businesses for the people walking past your door.

Win customers, one shopping trip at a time

Your customers have their own tastes and shopping plans. Watch them browse the city, queue outside popular shops and carry their purchases home. Keep the right goods in stock and give them a reason to choose you.

Make every block count

Bid at property auctions and decide how to develop your holdings. Build shops, apartments and hotels, expand successful businesses and balance the cost of growth against the income it brings. Every new location is another opportunity for you and your rivals.
