About This Demo

Rebuild hell, starting with the paths its souls must walk.

In the demo for Welcome to Hell Resort!, lay corridors and facilities one blueprint at a time, then test your design against waves of wandering souls.

Hell is falling apart under aging infrastructure and a tight budget. Having worked in resort development in the living world, you are recruited by a young Enma to redesign its districts and restore the flow of judgment.

Design Hell

Extend corridors and fit defenses around them using limited land and coins. Every turn in the path changes where your facilities can strike. There is no timer during the building phase, so take a good look at the board before committing to your next tile.

Extend the corridors

Corridors are a low-cost way to lengthen the route. Fit their unusual shapes into the available land, then place your defenses to make the most of each turn.

Combine turrets, traps, and guard stations

Turrets: strike at a point

Place them beside the corridor to attack souls that enter their range.

Traps: control an area

Build them into the corridor to catch groups of souls as they pass.

Guard stations: push the line forward

Deploy enforcers to meet souls head-on and advance the line. Back them up with turret fire and traps where the line is under pressure.

Build a blueprint deck

Facilities come as blueprint cards. Add new blueprints as you clear stages, remove cards you no longer need, and choose the deck you will bring to the next district. Pack in small facilities, or leave room for larger ones: your deck shapes the board you can build.

Try building your own defenses with corridors and blueprints in this demo.
