About This Demo

...The afterlife has terrible traffic flow.

Welcome to Hell Resort! is a spatial-puzzle deckbuilding tower defense game where you lay down the very corridors enemies walk along and combine defensive facilities to build your interception line.

Hell is in chaos from aging infrastructure and budget shortages. Having worked in resort development in the living world, you are well versed in designing the flow of people. A young Enma invites you to redevelop hell's districts.

Demo Content and Save Data Carryover

Playable Stages: Includes 3 tutorial stages to learn the basics, 8 main stages across two distinct areas (Scorching Hell and Frozen Hell, 11 stages in total), and the opening story chapters (Episodes 1 to 4).

Planned Save Data Carryover: Blueprint cards collected, decks built, and stage clear records from the demo are planned to carry over to the full game.

You do more than place towers along a fixed road—you design the route itself.

Rotate and flip L-shaped, S-shaped, and U-shaped corridor tiles to connect paths and stretch the enemy march as long as possible.

There is no time limit during the placement phase. Unupgraded facilities refund 100% of their build cost when retrieved, letting you tear down paths and towers to redesign your layout from scratch whenever you like.

Once a wave begins, all you need to do is time the dispatch of your blocker units (wardens)—no frantic building or path-swapping required.

Around your extended corridors, fit three distinct types of facilities together like a puzzle.

Turrets: Strike from Outside the Path

From rapid-fire towers tucked inside corners to long-range ballistas that pierce down straightaways and area-of-effect artillery, turrets shine when their firing arcs match the shape of your path.

Traps and Floor Hazards: Wear Down the Crowd

Build floor hazards directly into the route to inflict damage over time, slow enemies down, or knock them backward. The longer you make the corridor, the more traps enemies are forced to cross.

Garrisons: Hold the Front Line

Place gates and garrisons at key chokepoints. Send allied units (wardens) onto the path to hold enemy crowds in place while your turrets and traps rain down fire.

Corridors and defensive facilities are collected as blueprint cards.

Before entering a stage, build a deck from your collection, then use your starting hand and funds to set up your initial defense line and launch the wave.

Each time you survive a wave, draft new cards from candidates drawn from your deck to add to your hand. Use the funds earned from defeated enemies and your newly drafted cards to extend the route and expand or upgrade your facilities for the next wave.

Survive every wave to clear the stage and earn new blueprint cards to strengthen your deck for the next district.

Pack your deck with compact facilities to fill every gap, or save up land and funds for massive structures—your deck shapes how your board grows in every stage.

Try combining corridor puzzles and deckbuilding to craft your own defense line in the demo.
